Lori Williams

Lori joined The Rose Group in 2008 as an Executive Assistant to the firm.  Since then, she has taken on many roles, such as Underwriting Case Manager, Client Servicing and Office Manager. As Underwriting Case Manager, Lori specializes in the new business and undewriting process.  With over 15 years of experience in the life insurance industry, she works closely between our partners and carriers to provide the very best underwriting class, as well as making the new business process as simple and smooth as possible for our clients.

Lori also handles all client services for our firm.  She is dedicated to our existing clients by closely managing and servicing their policies and needs.  Lori believes that customer service is a priority to our firm and highly values the relationship with each and every client.

Lori was born and raised in Amarillo, TX where she lives with her husband, Ryan, and two sons, Tanner and Kelby.
